1. Choose the equipment with sound mechanical performance: the saw with sharp edge, the blade 1.5 to 2.2 thick. Before cutting, grind the blade for no less than 15 minutes.
2. Pay attention to cutting speed during cutting slab, regular speed should be 2,5m/min to 5m/min. When knife in or out during cutting, keep a low speed, to avoid slab edge or border being broken.
3. During slab grinding, pay attention to the force that each grinding head bears. The grinding/cutting volume of each emery wheel should not be over 1mm.
4. In basin hole drillng, choose a glass aiguille, and mark the outline of the hole, then drill several small holes around the hole with cooling water being used.
5. In arc border rounding, mark it at first and process with a hand grinder, then polish it with portable water grinder.
6. In stair slabs processing and skidproof grooves forming, the stair slabs should be thickened , edge-rounded, and 45 degree angled.
7. Handle carefully with finished products. Do not stack too much for a single stack to prevent slabs from being damaged.
